My name is Erika
Love and light to everyone here. I want to share a bit about myself and my journey. With over 25 years of experience in mental health and being licensed for over 22yrs, my passion for helping others, especially regarding their mental well-being, has always been a driving force in my life. However , my true journey of self -discovery began when my sons grew up and moved on prompting me to embark on a path to heal myself. This journey led me to walk the Camino de Santiago , attend numerous seminars, therapy, and ultimately to Rythmia, where I experienced a profound connection with Mother Ayahuasca. This sacred plant medicine opened my heart and mind to the Spirit of the Universe, awakening me to the essential need for love in my life. I realized I needed to cultivate love for myself, which was previously absent, as well as love for others and our planet . My quest for understanding love took me to Peru where I encountered PaPa Sanango, another powerful plant medicine. I traveled across the country in a van and explored different parts of the world seeking to understand what it meant to love myself and discover my true purpose. As I healed various aspects of myself, the world began to open up for me. My connection to God/Source strengthened, and my awareness of the Universes magic expanded. My spiritual gifts began to awaken, leading me to explore and master numerous healing techniques. I pursued my studies at the University of Sedona, earning a Bachelors in Metaphysics, a Practitioners Diploma, and becoming an Ordained Metaphysical Minister. I am currently working on my Masters degree . I have received extensive training in holistic and energy healing , Zero-point activations, Quantum Shifting , Shamanic Healing and Journeying , NLP, Hypnotherapy, Medical Intuition, DNA Encoding and Activations and Reiki. I embrace various modalities because I understand that healing is not a one size fits all process. I can intuitively identify what will work best for you, offering a personalized approach to your healing journey. My passion lies in plant medicine. With the rise of plant medicine retreats, setting intentions and integrating your experiences are crucial for a complete healing experience. I can assist you with the process, helping you fully embrace the healing gifts that Mother Gaia offers us, raising our vibrations and contributing to the creation of a New Earth. Ultimately , the goal is to find LOVE- Love for yourself, Love for others, and Love for our planet. This profound love will help you create your Heaven on Earth and manifest your desires and dreams.

Energy Healing Session
The energy healing session may utilize one or many different techniques to address trauma, reconnect and heal the inner child, initiate quantum shifts, heal ancestral lines, and recognize and transform belief systems, patterns, and programming. These practices help create a new reality, balance the body's energy, and promote healing and self love.
